Peer Comparisons to Evergreen

One way of understanding an institution is by making comparisons to peer institutions. These peer institutions can be determined through use of existing consortia or through selection of peer institutions determined using criteria such as similarity in the size of an institution, academic offerings, or other factors.

The Evergreen State College is affiliated with several consortia. See the links page for a list of these consortia.

You can also view the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) Data File for Academic Year 05-06. This data set has information about items pertaining to:

  • Enrollment and Student Characteristics
  • Indicators of Student Achievement

  • Fiscal Resources and Advancement
  • Revenue, Financial Aid, and Other Related Indicators
  • and Other Selected Indicators

Visit the COPLAC website for more information about this consortium.

Other tools for determining peers and making comparisons, such as the IPEDS Executive Peer Tool or Peer Analysis System, can be found on the Data and Research Resources page.
